Employment Details Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts Job Type: Contract Salary: $20 - 28 per hour Work Hours: 8am to 5pm Education: Associates Responsibilities Receive, safely clean, and inspect returned units, assessing complaint records to assign codes and identify potential adverse events. Organize the Post Market Surveillance (PMS) lab, manage supply inventory, perform timely equipment calibrations, and execute preventive maintenance. Actively support product investigations and collaborate with Tech Support and Field Service to ensure all critical complaint information is accurately documented. Promote Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs, support departmental improvement projects, and complete all tasks on time to meet defined KPIs.
