Cash and Trade Processing Analyst 1 Location: Penang, Malaysia Job Type: On‑Site/Resident Posted: May 08, 2026 Job Overview Act as a subject‑matter expert in processing all regular transfers, payments, trade transactions, and wholesale card activity while collaborating with the Transaction Services team. Responsibilities Process all regular, Core Trade transactions with focus on Letter of Credit for the EMEA region, including advising, confirmations and amendments. Ensure transactions are processed efficiently and recommend process improvements. Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience and precedent. Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients. Contribute to and collaborate with tech projects for Trade by providing comprehensive requirements as needed. Assess risk appropriately, ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations, safeguarding Citigroup and its clients. Work hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (to support the EMEA region). Qualifications Fresh graduate. Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Analytical skills. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
