Insurance AgentWe are seeking a licensed property and casualty insurance agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will use the in-house suite of tools to sell insurance policies to new and existing clients while providing exceptional customer service in English and Spanish.Benefits include commission based on sales, paid time off, and training and development.Duties include selling various types of insurance policies, cross-selling to existing clients, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, seeking insurance solutions for clients based on their specific needs, documenting all interactions with clients, processing claims, and adhering to agency compliance requirements.Requirements include having a current TDI property and casualty insurance license, a sales personality, bilingualism, strong customer service skills, integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality, and excelling at learning new computer software and technology tools.Compensation is $11.00 - $15.00 per hour.
