National Programs, Projects, & Partnerships Lead Location: Atlanta, Georgia (In Office) Position Type: Full-Time Position Summary MovementForward is seeking an exceptionally talented, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven professional to serve as our National Programs, Projects, & Partnerships Lead. Working directly with senior leadership, you will coordinate complex initiatives, oversee strategic projects, cultivate high-level partnerships, improve organizational systems, solve problems, and help ensure that every aspect of our work reflects the professionalism and polish for which MovementForward has become known. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, managing complexity, thinking strategically, solving difficult problems, and turning ambitious ideas into measurable action. Travel Requirements This position involves approximately 5–15% domestic travel throughout the year, including conferences, trainings, meetings, special events, and partner engagements across the United States. Occasional evening and weekend work is also expected in support of organizational programs and events. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate the planning and execution of major national initiatives, including National Faith & Blue Weekend, the PLECET National Conference, LECEN, LECET state and regional seminars, OneCOP, and other strategic organizational priorities. Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously from concept through successful completion. Develop project plans, implementation strategies, timelines, and accountability systems. Coordinate conferences, meetings, trainings, webinars, and special events. Build and maintain productive relationships with law enforcement agencies, government officials, corporations, nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, faith-based organizations, and other strategic partners. Serve as the primary liaison for assigned partnerships and collaborative initiatives. Represent MovementForward professionally with external partners, stakeholders, and collaborators while strengthening the organization’s national reputation and strategic relationships. Draft high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, and organizational communications. Track project milestones, anticipate challenges, identify risks, and implement practical solutions. Ensure organizational priorities remain aligned with strategic goals, deadlines, and performance expectations. Recommend and implement operational improvements that increase organizational effectiveness. Support organizational leadership in identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives that advance MovementForward’s mission.
