Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid MD LPN License or MD RN License through Board of Nursing
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- At least 1 year experience, facility experience preferred
