Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $74,880–$114,400/year, depending on hourly rate and weekly hours. Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.Position SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established dental practice in Colchester, Vermont.This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values having the appropriate amount of time to provide thoughtful, high-quality patient care. Our hygiene department operates on a single-column schedule with a full hour dedicated to each hygiene appointment, allowing you to focus on your patient without the pressure of running between multiple chairs.Additionally, all new patients are initially scheduled with the doctor for their comprehensive examination. If hygiene treatment is needed, patients are then scheduled for a separate hygiene visit.
