Job OpportunityPosition: Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)Location: Seattle Area, WAShift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday; no weekends, holidays, or on-call required)DescriptionThis is a TEMP TO HIRE opportunity for a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C). Applicants should be ready to join the team permanently at the end of the contract if an offer is extended. Candidates must have reliable transportation as this position involves floating between various outpatient clinics in the Seattle area.Key Responsibilities:Float to various outpatient clinics across three regions in the Seattle area.Address same-day staffing needs in response to call-outs.Work collaboratively with the clinic team to ensure quality patient care.Receive daily schedule notifications via text message by 6:30 AM, with shifts starting promptly at 8 AM.Engage in rotating orientation with a preceptor for 4 to 5 weeks.Qualifications:Certification as a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) is REQUIRED. No exceptions for MA-Registered (MA-R), MA-Phlebotomist (MA-P), or MA-Hemodialysis Technician (MA-HT).Minimum 1 year of experience as an MA-C in either an adult outpatient clinic or pediatric outpatient clinic setting is REQUIRED.Experience in General/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics is REQUIRED.Experience with the EPIC charting system is REQUIRED.Willingness to float to various clinics is essential.Clinic Highlights:Type of Facility: Outpatient Clinics (various specialties)Scrub Color: Any solid color except purpleAdditional Information:The team is seeking dedicated Medical Assistants to address a high volume of staffing needs.
