Apply today!Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls, route messages, and follow up promptly on inquiriesSchedule and book new customer estimates from inbound calls and lead platformsFollow up with leads to ensure timely scheduling and strong customer communicationRepresent the company professionally as the first point of contact for customersPerform general administrative tasks including filing, copying, and correspondenceProcess credit card payments accurately and securelyMonitor office supply levels and communicate restocking needs to managementSupport office staff and assist with day-to-day operational needsQualifications & SkillsReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicPrevious customer service experience preferredProfessional, friendly, and confident phone presenceStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable using office technology (phones, computers, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.)Ability to learn quickly and accept both positive and constructive feedbackDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyCompensation: $15.00 per hourJoin Our Team at The Brothers that just do Gutters.
