Funciones esenciales:
El personal de limpieza es responsable de supervisar y apoyar al equipo de limpieza para garantizar que todas las habitaciones, áreas públicas y áreas de servicio estén limpias, organizadas y acogedoras. Otras tareas incluyen retirar la basura y asegurar el orden en las áreas públicas, así como recoger y distribuir la ropa de cama y reponer los suministros (toallas, artículos de tocador). Este puesto se desarrolla en un entorno dinámico y dinámico, propio de un resort de lujo, donde la atención al detalle, el trabajo en equipo y la comunicación son esenciales. El supervisor trabaja tanto en interiores como en exteriores, apoyando al personal de limpieza y garantizando que las áreas de los huéspedes se mantengan siempre limpias y en buen estado. El puesto requiere gestionar múltiples prioridades de forma eficiente, manteniendo un ambiente positivo y profesional tanto para el personal como para los huéspedes.
Requisitos físicos y cualificaciones:
Los candidatos deben ser capaces de trabajar en un entorno dinámico y demostrar una gran atención al detalle. El puesto requiere caminar, estar de pie e interactuar con los miembros del equipo y los huéspedes con frecuencia. Es fundamental la capacidad de seguir instrucciones, priorizar tareas y mantener una actitud positiva. Se valora la experiencia previa en limpieza, hostelería o un puesto similar, aunque no es un requisito.
