KRE Security, LLC is hiring a Full-Time Security Officer for a consistent, non-rotating second shift schedule in the Reading area. This is a permanent, year-round position designed for individuals seeking stability, predictable hours, and long-term employment with a trusted company. Immediate Opening – Hiring This Week

Schedule:

• Monday – Tuesday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thursday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Monitor the property and maintain a safe, secure environment
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the shift
• Observe and report any unusual activity or safety concerns
• Complete clear and detailed incident reports
• Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times
• Provide assistance to staff and visitors as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout the shift
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
• Security experience is a plus, but not required (paid training provided)
• Must be able to pass a background check
