Key Responsibilities Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting. Collaborate with the care team to support patient health through clinical goal‑setting and quality improvement initiatives. Influence and lead patients to healthier lifestyles through personalized nutritional counseling. Maintain performance‑based accountability to achieve stellar individual and team contributions. Requirements State licensure required if available in the state where the facility is located. Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Ability to work flexible schedules, including multiple facilities and travel when needed. Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hire and training. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
