Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing tools to engage effectively with clients. \n
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs, integrating interdisciplinary team insights as necessary. \n
- Utilize our secure web platform for scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients. \n
- Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies in response to evolving needs and therapeutic outcomes. \n
- Provide emotional support and therapeutic guidance, particularly during challenging moments between scheduled sessions. \n
- Maintain compliance with state telehealth regulations and uphold professional standards in all client interactions. \n
Your primary focus will be on individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression, with particular emphasis on those experiencing substance dependencies and trauma. Experience with adolescents aged 8 and above is highly regarded, as we believe in addressing the mental health needs of younger populations. A compassionate and adaptive approach is paramount, as you will guide clients through their therapeutic journeys, helping them achieve positive outcomes and improved quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in California. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, focusing on a variety of mental health disorders. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth regulations and best practices within California. \n
- Demonstrated ability to adopt technology for both administrative and client-facing applications. \n

- Experience working with an interdisciplinary team, particularly in integrated care environments. \n

- Previous exposure to or interest in using AI tools to enhance client interaction. \n
