The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:2 or 2-3 depending on patient acuity. Orientation occurs on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with 6 hours of paid orientation before the start date. Credential verification is required by Thursday before the shift begins. No on-call or holiday requirements unless needed.
