Contract Management & Compliance Specialist I

DGS Office of External Affairs

The Office of Mental Health seeks a Contract Management Specialist to administer contracts and procurements for community-based mental health services across New York State. Based in Albany, the role involves reviewing and processing payments to 62 counties, analyzing contract data, monitoring compliance, and providing technical assistance to agency staff and providers.
