GWC Connects in Grove City is seeking a Services Coordinator to help adults with developmental disabilities build skills and live independently. In this role, you'll manage daily support services, coordinate personalized plans, and collaborate with families and care teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field, a valid driver's license, and a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities.
