• 24-hour shifts -- 7 consecutive days per month or split days
• 1 week of call per month
• Avg. 2 consults per day with rounding involved
• Emergency general surgery and trauma cases
• Endoscopy procedures required
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications required
• Ongoing coverage available
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
