Nivram-Management seeks a dynamic Hospital/Psych Liaison to market our facilities within hospitals, communities and discharge planners. You will manage referrals, develop relationships with hospitals and physicians, and oversee admissions transitions for new residents. You will coordinate with families, discharge planners and facility leadership to ensure smooth admissions. You will also build public relations programs, attend community events, and ensure a professional presentation of the #J-18808-Ljbffr Nivram-Management
