As a Data Analyst Senior within PNC's DNA ML Operations organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Dallas TX or Birmingham AL. Responsibilities Include:• Manage and organize platform data to support reporting and analysis of usage, adoption, capacity, performance, and other key trends.• Develop reporting and analytics to support platform management and business decision making. • Analyze platform data to identify usage patterns, risks and opportunities for improvement • Build and maintain strong partnerships across technology, analytics, and business teams, providing onboarding, training, and user support for enterprise analytics and data platforms• Communicate platform performance, governance updates, process changes, status, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders. • Promote compliance with data governance, risk management, and operational control requirements.Preferred Technical Experience:• Hadoop/HDFS• SQL• Python• Apache Spark• Azure• AWS• SAS• Tableau / Power BI• Experience with data visualization and other exploratory data analysis tools is a plus.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
