Performance Test EngineerJob Location: Charlotte NC/ Detroit MIJob Type: ContractRate: Depend on ExperienceJob Authorization: US Citizen/ GC /EAD (H4/L2/TN) preferred C2c are open only for own corp not from any employersJob Description:Expertise with Client/Mercury Interactive suite of automated testing tools required (version 11.5 (and above) of LoadRunner/Performance Center).Hands on experience with Loadrunner Cloud and Jmeter.Working knowledge of various LR protocols - required. (WebServices & Web protocols is must).1 + years of hands on experience working with server monitoring tools (AppDynamics and Splunk)Experience load testing MicroservicesKnowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.Experience using Sharepoint, working knowledge on MS Excel.Knowledge of Power BI will be a good addon.Working knowledge of SQL – can create ad-hoc queries to verify test results or troubleshoot issues.Programming experience, preferably C/C++, Java and shell scripting a plus.Knowledge of C is required for scripting purposes. Java/ Shell Scripting/ Python is plus.Good analysis skills required.Working knowledge of software/hardware quality assurance methodologies.Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile and Scrum)Agile process hands on experience is required.Knowledge of Batch Jobs processing. Performance Testing of applications without use of Loadrunner tool.Excellent communication skills required - able to communicate well with Functional Test Manager, project team, other Testing Eng. Svcs team members.Skilled at leading meetings, documenting test results, status updates, etc.Flexibility when needed for overlap ohshore hoursGood understanding and skill with performance engineering.Experience:Minimum 6 years of work experience in the Information Technology industry.At least 4 years relevant (load runner tool) experience on Load testingKnowledge of finance and banking industries a plus.
