Position : Physical Therapist - Home Care (Main Line)
Shift : Full Time Day Shift, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Weekend and holiday rotation. Experience:
1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care. Education:
1. Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required.
2. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred. Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.
3. Valid Driver's license and insured automobile (as applicable).

Jump start your new job by providing quality Home Care Physical Therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients. As a Physical Therapist, you will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. What a better way to help your patients regain their physical mobility by treating them within the comfort of their own home!
