LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Des Moines, Iowa.

Mon - Fri, 4x10s with rotating day off; holiday rotation; 40 hrs/week, Call - up to 1 overnight/week and 4 weekends per 13 week contract

Weekend Requirements:

call schedule; Fri 5p through Mon 6:30a

On Call Requirements:

up to 1 overnight/week and 4 weekends per 13 week contract

HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist

• minimum of 24 months current/recent operating room experinece Cardiovascular OR / CVOR experience [required]
• circulating / operating room experience [required] --- (80% of experience in Cardiac cases / 20% experience in General cases)
• strong & proficient experience in: Cardiac, vascular, thoracic [REQUIRED] ---
• basic General Surgery circulating experience [REQUIRED] --- (if not assigned to Cardiac cases)
• EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous 3 years [required]
• Trauma Level I experience [highly preferred]
• trauma level II experience [required]
• No 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within previous 12 mos.

• Scrub experience needed including open heart scrubbing [REQUIRED]

• BLS (AHA)/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS
• Iowa
• Compact Allowed
