This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet goals. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager. The ideal candidate is a positive team player with a flexible schedule who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
