Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients in labor and delivery including monitoring fetal heart rates and other vital signs.
• Assist physicians during examinations and treatments, including cesarean sections.
• Perform routine physical assessments and share findings with the healthcare team.
• Counsel and educate patients and their families on after-care plans and healthy habits.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic charting system.
• Adapt to floating between units to meet facility needs as required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado or compact state eligibility.
• Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience including circulator for C-sections.
• Current certifications in NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Intermediate required.
• Experience with Epic charting preferred.
• Previous charge experience or clinical leadership preferred.
• Willingness and ability to work weekends as per unit needs.
