Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician

We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician with Obstetrical Fellowship training to become part of our dedicated healthcare team in Anacortes, Washington.

In this position, you will be practicing at the Island Primary Care - M Avenue Clinic, a comprehensive facility that emphasizes outstanding outpatient services along with inpatient obstetrical care. You will work closely with a well-established team of Obstetrical, Family Medicine, Pediatric, and Clinical Nurse Midwife providers, all supported by a strong staff of Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses.

Position Details:

• Full-time role with a 4-day work week
• Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• 1:4 call schedule for hospital services (OB & Pediatrics)
• Join a well-established group with no local competition
• Utilize an integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform with ambient listening for documentation
• Collaborate with a cohesive, multi-specialty group of providers and support staff

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $281,691 to $338,029
• Sign-on bonus of $25,000
