Job Purpose:

• Ensure production team has the packaging material needed available for use when needed
• Move finished goods from production to warehouse. Load and ship finished goods outbound to customers
• Receive and put away incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
• Maintain accuracy of materials in the warehouse and production
• Pro-active attitude towards continuous improvement regarding safety, quality and efficiency

Key Result Areas:

• Execute and fulfill packaging material pick lists safely, accurately, and efficiently. Move packaging material to production area to be used
• Facilitate getting any material needed by production to production area when they need it
• Report and move finished goods from production to the warehouse
• Execute and fulfil delivery notes safely, accurately, and efficiently for outbound finished goods
• Prepare required shipping documents for outbound shipments
• Receive incoming packaging materials safely, accurately, and efficiently. Put received material away safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Receive incoming raw material safely, accurately, and efficiently. Put raw ingredients away safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Complete regular cycle counts of packaging materials and raw materials
• Use a yard switcher truck to move trailers from dock to staging area and from staging area to dock

Education (degree): High school diploma or GED

Competence Profile: Work organized and systematic and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations. Must possess Lotus Values (Team Spirit, Open Dialogue, Passion) and Lotus leadership skills

Specific knowledge:

• Safe use of electric fork trucks and ride-on pallet jacks
• Ability to understand material warehousing and flow of materials
• Ability to operate a yard switcher truck to move trailers

Experience:

• Experience working with reach trucks and fork trucks required
• Experience in material handling/ warehousing is an advantage
• Experience with SAP a plus
• Experience in production is an advantage
• Prior experience driving a yard switcher truck
