Licensed Assistant Salon Manager

You're a strong stylist who's ready for more than a chair. At Sport Clips Noblesville, the Assistant Manager runs the floor alongside the Store Manager, coaches the team, and gets paid for results - with a direct path to running your own store.

• $26-$35/hr you're never working for commission alone
• Tips - you're still behind the chair, and our guys tip well
• Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate

What you'll do

• Run the floor when the Store Manager is off - opening, closing, and keeping the wait times down
• Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores
• Help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles
• Set the example behind the chair - you're still cutting, and you're the standard
• Train as the next Store Manager - this is the seat we promote from

What we're looking for

• Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license
• Experience behind the chair and a track record of strong numbers - or the drive to build one
• A natural leader: you'd rather help the team win than win alone
• Reliable, organized, and available for weekends and key shifts
