ABM is seeking a Senior Account Director responsible for providing executive leadership for an integrated facilities management portfolio supporting a large pharmaceutical client. This position is accountable for operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth across multiple sites. The role serves as the executive liaison between ABM and the client's leadership while driving continuous improvement, innovation, and high-performing integrated service delivery.

Pay: $150,000 - $200,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

• Lead GMP/GxP-aware facilities operations in partnership with client Quality and Engineering teams (where applicable).
• Ensure regulatory and client compliance across all integrated facility services.
• Drive business continuity, emergency preparedness, and operational resilience.
• Own executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and annual account planning.
• Lead innovation initiatives focused on sustainability, energy management, workplace experience, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee capital planning and project integration with client stakeholders.
• Develop succession planning and talent strategies for site leadership teams

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years IFM or facilities leadership experience
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated life sciences environments.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP principles and working within regulated facilities preferred.
• Experience leading integrated facilities management contracts exceeding $20M–$50M annually.
• Executive client relationship management experience.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, P&L, and contract growth.
