You'll collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. /n /n - Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. /n - Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility, and functional rehabilitation. /n - Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. /n - Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs. /n - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes. /n - Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards. /n Qualifications: /n EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING /n /n 1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy /n 2. Current state Physical Therapy license /n 3.
