Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for a patient service center in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The role involves collecting blood specimens, processing patient information, and providing customer service in a laboratory diagnostic setting.

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and similar assays
Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
Process billing information and collect payments as required
Prepare specimens for testing and provide superior customer service

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or current certification
Proven exceptional customer service track record
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
Reliable transportation

Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
