Job Title: PT - Home Health
Location: Northern Florida (Jacksonville, Ocala, Leesburg, Daytona, Orlando)
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $2,800 - $3000 weekly (dependent on experience and location)
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day Shift) / Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN roles available
Contract Length: Up to 26 weeks (Multiple assignment lengths available)
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a PT (default if not specified)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Home Health setting
• Valid PT license and/or willing to obtain FL or compact licensure
