Construction Technician

Join our team as a Construction Laborer in White Marsh, MD. We are seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to our site development projects. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of construction activities.

• Dig trenches and prepare the site for development.
• Set up and break down the construction site as needed.
• Move materials efficiently and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the site and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the foreman, supervisor, or project manager.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor construction labor.
• Proficiency in concrete labor and construction tasks.
• Experience in trench digging and site development.
• Skill in operating heavy equipment like skid steers and bobcats.
• Knowledge in masonry work.

• Experience operating equipment is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Meade, MD.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
