Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading organization in the commercial glazing sector. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of glazing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial glazing projects simultaneously, from contract award through completion Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teams Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project alignment and scope accuracy Oversee procurement, fabrication timelines, and installation sequencing Monitor budgets, track costs, and maintain profitability goals Identify and mitigate risks while resolving project challenges proactively Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements Lead project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders Support estimating and preconstruction teams during project handoff Required Qualifications Proven experience in a Project Manager role within a commercial glazing contractor (required) Strong understanding of curtain wall, storefront, and glazing systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What’s Offered Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Relocation assistance available for candidates moving to Charleston Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects Career growth within a well-established and expanding organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Novax Recruitment Group
