Experience handling Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Healthcare, and Professional Liability matters (open to all experience levels). Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. Excellent research abilities and a strong academic background. Self‑starter capable of managing assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Assume the role of a Civil Litigation Attorney, representing clients in employment, environmental, toxic tort, product liability, commercial, general liability, healthcare, and professional liability cases. Participate in client interactions, hearings, depositions, and trials, working collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Compensation Associates (1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000 Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000 Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+ Actual compensation is tailored to experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
