ABOUT OUR AGENCY

Our agency opened in 2008 and currently has a small but highly experienced team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 18 years working for a life insurance agency, which gave me a strong foundation in financial services and helping families protect their futures. I also hold financial designations through The American College of Financial Services. I’m married and have one daughter who inspires everything I do. We’re deeply involved in the community, sponsoring multiple events throughout the year, including a 5K race, a golf tournament, and a 10K race. Personally, I also volunteer at a homeless shelter every Christmas Eve and Christmas Day — giving back is something that truly matters to me. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for AJ Fraley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS
