Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
• Previous experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within school environments
• Knowledge of IEP processes, AAC devices, and evidence-based therapy techniques
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in diverse school communities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
• Assess students’ communication abilities and develop personalized therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and create accurate, timely documentation
• Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy activities
• Educate staff and families on communication strategies and progress
