Job Description We are seeking an Event Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, promotional programs, and brand initiatives. This role is responsible for helping manage event details from initial preparation through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. The Event Specialist will work closely with marketing and operations teams to coordinate schedules, materials, logistics, and event resources. This position is well suited for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate events, promotional programs, and related activities Manage event schedules, timelines, materials, and logistical requirements Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown Organize promotional materials, supplies, and other event resources Communicate event details and responsibilities to participating team members Monitor event timelines and help ensure activities remain on schedule Support on-site operations and address logistical needs as they arise Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams on event requirements Maintain accurate records related to event activities, resources, and results Assist with coordinating external venues, suppliers, and service providers when applicable Ensure event materials and presentations are consistent with company and campaign guidelines Gather attendee feedback and relevant information following events Track event participation and assist with post-event reporting Identify opportunities to improve future event planning and execution Support additional marketing, promotional, and event initiatives as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong organizational and event coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders Previous experience in events, hospitality, marketing, promotions, project coordination, or a related area is preferred Comprehensive training and ongoing support Hands-on event planning and coordination experience Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Exposure to event logistics, promotional programs, and marketing initiatives Opportunities to develop project management and event coordination skills Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
