Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Cutover Lead to plan, coordinate, and execute cutover activities for a large-scale ERP implementation. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new ERP environment with minimal disruption to business operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational leadership, deep understanding of ERP deployments, and the ability to manage complex dependencies across technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end cutover strategy, plan, and timeline
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Define and manage all cutover activities, dependencies, and milestones
- Lead cutover rehearsals (mock cutovers) and refine execution plans
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and potential delays
- Ensure data migration, system readiness, and validation activities are aligned with cutover plans
- Drive go/no-go decision processes with leadership
- Manage communication plans and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Oversee hypercare transition and post-go-live support planning
- Maintain detailed documentation of cutover procedures and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cutover Lead or Manager in ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional project timelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure go-live environments with precision
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with end-to-end ERP lifecycle implementations
- Familiarity with data migration and system integration processes
- Background in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
