beem Light Sauna is a modern wellness studio offering infrared sauna and red light therapy experiences that help people feel better from the inside out. Our mission is to make recovery, relaxation, and holistic healing more accessible. At our beem Light Sauna Briargate, were building a space where people can recharge their bodies and mindsand were looking for a passionate, wellness-driven Sales Associate to help grow our community.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Growth: Make 50+ outbound calls per day to leads, former clients, and prospects to introduce them to Beems offerings and convert them into members.
• Lead Studio Tours & Conversions: Greet walk-ins, deliver a warm and informative first impression, and guide visitors toward the right membership for their goals.
• Build Community: Get to know our members. Engage before and after sessions, support in-studio events, and help create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle Objections with Care: Navigate questions around time, pricing, or uncertainty with empathyconnecting prospects back to their wellness goals.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with the studio manager and wellness team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

• Prior experience in wellness, fitness, spa, or high-touch sales environments preferred
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to meet daily outreach and conversion goals
• Warm, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable with phone calls, follow-ups, and engaging with clients in person
• Passion for health, recovery, and helping others prioritize self-care
• Availability on evenings and weekends

$16/hour base pay + performance-based commissions. Top performers typically earn an additional 25% or more in strong months, with potential for higher earnings during exceptional periods. WSAs who excel will also have the opportunity to sell Advanced Light Therapy treatments and earn premium commissions on those sales.
