Position Overview The Director of Finance will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic planning. This individual will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership, providing insights that support operational improvements and long-term company objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and operational teams Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term planning initiatives Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, productivity, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and internal controls Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to support business growth Prepare and present financial reporting and key performance indicators to senior management Manage, mentor, and develop members of the finance team Support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and business improvement projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, and operational finance Proven experience leading teams and partnering with senior leadership Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution Why Join This Company?
