Position Overview Job Title: Office Administrator Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 hourly, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience Schedule: Generally Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm, with occasional weekend hours based on operational needs Explore Brookhollow Estates: Explore Brookhollow RV Estates: Job Description Summary We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support the operations at Brookhollow Estates (194 homes), a senior (ages 55+) manufactured housing community located in Kelso, WA, and Brookhollow RV Estates (132 RV spots), an all-age RV Park located in Kelso, WA. The Office Administrator oversees administrative tasks, coordinates resident relations, manages leasing documentation, and performs clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.
