Multi-facility MDS experience or Senior MDS experience preferred. The Mobile MDS Coordinator will be detail-oriented and a great team worker. He/she must be able to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and co-workers at all levels of the organization. This position requires travel throughout Ohio and at times to Indiana.
