The Retail Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising while fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve store goals
- Oversee inventory control and stock replenishment
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve conflicts
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor performance
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash management
- Manage store merchandising and visual displays
- Conduct training and development sessions for team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail management
