You will need to have bar knowledge and certifications, as well as interest in working with kids, families, etc. This is a Concierge style customer service, interacting with guests, recommending dining and activity options.Essential Responsibilities:Responsible for leading family and activity programsGuest service and assistance related to activity programs as well as general need for information and directionCommunication and promotion guest activities and resort special event programs to GuestsCollaborating and coordinating as needed with other resort departments on activities and eventsCompose and be knowledgeable of wines and beverages specific to bar menuResponsible for cash handling and bank procedures as outlined by the Accounting DepartmentPerform accurate bar inventory as deemed necessary by the Director of SalesMaintain cleanliness of all workplace areas that apply to barAssist the Food and Beverage Department as neededProvides exceptional customer service to all guestsOther Responsibilities:Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this positionMust be 21 years or olderWhat are we looking for?High school diploma or equivalentA strong desire to make an impact on other peopleAn outgoing and engaging personalityAdvanced knowledge of the local areaComputer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced settingAbility to stand for the duration of the shiftMust be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidaysCompensation: $20.00 - $20.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
