HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ACCOUNTING ANALYST IN ISLANDIA, NY

This individual will be responsible for a variety of accounting-related tasks, such as volume reports, payment verifications, purchase order duties, and more. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Ranging from $66,300 - $70,000/year, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Full Time Schedule, Overtime Availability
• Located in Islandia, NY

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports
• Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC
• Complete the 3-way matching verification for the payment process of invoices
• Order office products for DC and become the main contact for these vendors
• Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line
• Administrative Office directives
• Extensive data entry projects
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2 years experience with accounting or economics background
• Some college courses in Accounting or Economics or equivalent preferred
• Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft automation
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of DC operations
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Able to adhere to strict deadlines
