Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Partner to join a highly respected and growing law firm with offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach . This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney with an established practice and a portable book of business who is looking to expand their platform while collaborating with a sophisticated team of real estate professionals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, private equity firms, and institutional clients in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions.

• Lead and manage sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
• Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and joint venture matters.
• Advise clients on real estate development projects, including due diligence, title and survey review, zoning, land use, and entitlement matters.
• Structure and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, operating agreements, and other transactional documents.
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to developers, investors, lenders, property owners, and corporate clients.
• Mentor and supervise associates and support staff while fostering professional development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and strategic legal counsel.
• Participate in business development initiatives and collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
• 15+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Established portable book of business.
• Extensive experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to independently manage high-value matters and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior attorneys is highly preferred.
