Location: Pleasanton, CA (Remote)
Job Type: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams in implementing DevOps best practices
- Design, develop, and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
- Build and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver infrastructure solutions
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reliability
- Drive automation initiatives and continuously improve existing systems and processes
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, security practices, and compliance frameworks
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in DevOps methodologies and tools
- Hands-on experience with Python for automation and scripting
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with AWS services, including IAM, VPC, ELB, and Control Tower
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation)
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and Linux/Unix environments
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch
- Exposure to identity management solutions (SAML/SCIM, Okta) is a plus
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO, FedRAMP is advantageous
