We're seeking an Front Desk Coordinator I to join our growing team.


How you'll make us better:

Greets and receives customers, determines nature of visit, and notifies appropriate team member(s).

Performs various administrative duties.

• Welcomes visitors to the practice and provides information about clinic features
• Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as needed
• Checks-in and collects general information from patients on their first visit
• Verifies insurance information
• Welcoming new patients and guiding them through the consultation process
  • Presenting treatment plans clearly and addressing financial questions
  • Scheduling follow-ups and managing patient timelines
  • Collaborating with orthodontists to ensure seamless patient care
  • Coordinating insurance benefits and payment plans
  • Maintaining patient records and treatment progress documentation
  • Providing empathetic support and ensuring patient comfort
  • Following up on pending treatments and maximizing case conversions

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing

Prerequisites for success:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability build rapport with patients
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers
• Experience in the Dental/Orthodontics Field
