About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Media and Growth Marketing to spearhead the strategy, development, and activation of various marketing channels with a focus on driving player acquisition for sports betting, casino, poker, and free-to-play games. The successful candidate will be accountable for the entire marketing budget, leading a team to manage all media execution, and providing strong mentorship and leadership to ensure a culture of high achievement. Responsibilities include overseeing digital and offline marketing efforts, optimizing channel performance, and developing a cohesive social media plan. The role also involves working cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and other leaders to meet the company's growth objectives. Applicants for the VP of Media and Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of sports betting marketing experience, with at least 7 years in a senior capacity within a casino or sports betting brand. A thorough understanding of brand development tactics, competitor offerings, and marketing mechanics within the sports industry is essential. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, with an MBA being a plus.
