Responsibilities Conduct speech therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatments for patients with a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to cognitive, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care. Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Participate in in-service training and staff development programs to stay current with best practices and new technologies. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, patient satisfaction, and family-centered care. Requirements Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
