These technology Products and Solutions provide amazing guest experiences while meeting the needs of the business.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Deploy Predictive Models: Build, tune, and maintain machine learning models in Databricks using python, r, or java.Design and implement ML solutions tailored to specific use cases and data characteristics.Data Modelling and Analysis: Review and revise data models fed from upstream sources such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Kafka.Identify and correct for data quality issues in data large datasets.Analyse results to ensure findings are statically significant.ML Model Optimization and Maintenance: Continuously improve model performance and accuracy.Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure effectiveness and relevance.Collaboration and Cross-functional Engagement: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into production systems.Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal RequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven hands-on experience in creating, tuning, and maintaining machine learning models in enterprise environments. Proficiency in Python and R, with experience using Databricks for model development. Deep understanding of various machine learning modelling methods and their applications. Experience with data modelling techniques and tools. Experience with MongoDB, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS Cloud, and PowerBI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
